We need to be mindful to eat what’s good for us so that we can live our lives to the fullest. This is a philosophy we hold very closely, but we also hold the same idea for news and other content. We know that there is a lot of negative news out there in the world, and we know that negative news is addictive, that’s why we see so much of it.
But there gets to be a point where we’re not being informed anymore, the constant negativity is just bringing down our spirits. This kind of always-negative news is like junk food for the mind. We at Breathn’ Vegan believe that the only way to make the world a better place is by being the change we want to see. That’s why we go out of our way to share positive and uplifting stories because we want to inspire people to change the future instead of dreading it.
